Steadfast handles trash setout, bin return, and the sidewalk sweep DSNY requires, all bundled into one price and run by one dedicated person who knows your building.
Starting with Brooklyn brownstones, open to other small residential buildings too.
Every price below is the full price. No separate membership fee, no upsell for bin return. Combine services and save automatically.
One price. Both DSNY compliance requirements are covered, while most competitors split this into two paid add-ons.
Priced by building size, not a flat rate that overcharges small buildings.
For owners who want the whole exterior handled, not just the curb.
Full Service Bundle: 10% off your combined total when you choose 2 or more services. Founding Client Offer: 15% off your first 2 months, limited to the first 5 buildings signed.
Claim Founding RateSeasonal: Snow & Ice Removal. Available during winter months. Sign-up is required in advance, regardless of the season, to guarantee coverage when it snows.
Bin return and sidewalk sweep are part of the base trash price, not billed separately like some competitors.
The same person learns your building, instead of a rotating crew that changes week to week.
Some competitors add a separate yearly membership charge on top of monthly service. Steadfast doesn't.
A photo after every visit, so you know the work happened even when you're not home.
Full general liability coverage and bonding, so you're never carrying the risk.
30-day cancellation notice, and one clear annual pricing adjustment clause disclosed upfront, not buried.
Hi, I'm Aleksandr Kashubin. Before starting Steadfast, I spent over a year doing this work myself: trash pickup, hallway cleaning, mopping stairs, for buildings across Park Slope and Prospect Heights, often 80 hours a week. I started this company so building owners get someone who actually shows up, does the job right, and answers the phone. I run every job myself. It's never handed off to whoever's on shift that day.
Every job gets photographed. Setout, sidewalk, and hallway shots go here as soon as the first buildings are serviced.

Curbside setout
Hallway cleanSince June 1, 2026, Brooklyn buildings with 1–9 units must use the official NYC Bin. It's not just about the bin. The sidewalk has to stay clear too, and both are enforced separately.
Bins with secure lids may go out no earlier than 6:00 PM the evening before collection, and must come back in from the curb promptly after.
$50 / $100 / $200 for repeat violationsOwners must keep the sidewalk and roughly 18 inches into the street free of debris, regardless of where it came from, including collection spillage. DSNY inspects twice daily, 8–9 AM and 6–7 PM.
